DPI students are onto the color portions of their Haring inspired skateboards. With a limited color scheme, markers and color pencils, students are working to balance the shapes and colors in their designs. While incorporating the white of the paper and lines to create movement, it is so great to see how much "thinking" everyone is doing. I hear great conversations at each table about the choices they are making. Great start!
"The arts celebrate multiple perspectives. One of their large lessons is that there are many ways to see and interpret the world."
