Drawing & Painting I students just finished up their abstract watercolor project. After completing a technique sheet to try out all the different techniques, students used a warm cool color scheme to create these watercolor paintings. They could incorporate as many techniques as they wanted while dividing up the painting by using warm and cool colors.
Drawing & Painting I students have just finished up two watercolor projects. Student began with an abstract watercolor that let them explore different watercolor techniques. Then they worked on their watercolor trees. They learned to used a resist technique to create the tree shapes and used their newly learned watercolor techniques to complete the negative space.
